Zalando connector for SAP B1

Yet another integration going live! I created a complete interface for the Zalando FCI/OEA process for SAP Business One that is now running live for one of my customer 🥳🙌🏼

SAP is now capable of both sending stock updates and receiving orders to/from the marketplace.

The package includes a complete end-to-end integration:

  • Orders  A/R Invoice + Incoming Payment
  • Returns  A/R Credit Memo + Outgoing Payment

Below is an example of documents created with the interface where the customer ordered and returned an item. All standard links are maintained and users can easily jump from one document to another using the standard relationship map. These documents were created programatically.

It is compatible for both SAP B1 version for MSSQL (>= version 10) and SAP HANA.

User can easily monitor the incoming orders using detailed alerts and custom screens.

Custom messages sent by the integration program.

The administrator can access all relevant information from this message:

  • SAP B1 created documents
  • Zalando order information

User can jump to these information with the standard link button .

Below is an example of a received order payload. The integration program not only logs the technical information but it also creates various user-objects that can be seen directly within the ERP.

This allows for non-technical people to easily trace the activity.

Zalando information are stored in UDO as well

The resulting document adds various information coming from Zalando using standard fields (when possible) or user-defined fields (all automatically installed).

The module is generic and can adapt to any SAP Business One fashion add-on.

  • Determine which items are pushed to Zalando marketplace based on brand, collections, suppliers, inventory level, prices…
  • Define which inventory levels are pushed to Zalando based on minimum stock or other criteria

Thanks for reading!

Cheers,

Jonathan
